Service Description

This course will enable you to feel safe and comfortable when freediving to depths of up to 20 metres. Duration: 2 days First day: pool session Second day: ocean session onboard MV Bonita with Ocean Frontiers TCI www.oceanfrontierstci.com ​ Course content: - Theory: Freediving Equipment, physiology, techniques and safety - Breathing, relaxation and stretching techniques - Confined water: Finning technique, static & dynamic apnea, safety skills - Open water: Equalization, duck diving, body positioning, streamlining, safety ​ Prerequisites: * 15 years old or older * Comfortable in the water * Good physical health ​ Upon completion, students receive certification as well as private online access to the Freediver Course materials, so that you can maintain your freediving knowledge. ​
