Discover Freedive Experience

Service Description

The Discover Freedive is an experience where you can get a taste of what freediving is and understand the benefits before taking a recreational certification course. The minimum requirements are that you are comfortable in the water and have general good health. During the 2 hs lesson we will work on breathing technique and relaxation exercises that you will apply not only to freediving but also to your everyday life, for finding those moments of stillness when you need them, to learn how to let go and so much more! We head to the ocean to enjoy the reef using all the techniques learnt during the lesson. It will also help improve your feeling of safety in a controlled environment under instructor supervision. All we need is just a mask, a snorkel and a pair of fins. You can also use a UV rash guard. This course will help you to fully enjoy swimming and snorkeling whenever and wherever you jump in the water, trusting the process. ​ This program is not a certification course.
