Join us for a half day freedive training session designed for certified freedivers aiming to refine their technique and enhance depth performance. Remember to bring your proof of certification. Skills to focus on during the freedive clinics include: Enhancing breath-hold duration Perfecting the last breath before the dive Practicing equalization (EQ) techniques Cultivating mindfulness and relaxation Mental preparation for dives This is an exclusive excursion, and you're encouraged to bring friends or family (up to 6 passengers). Floats, lines and weights will be available for your diving experience. Feel free to bring along your personal gear.
