Service Description

This course provides a foundation for students who want to understand the basic freediving principles and focus on practicing breathhold techniques in a pool or confined water site. ​ Prerequisites: * 12 years old or older * Comfortable in the water * Good physical health No prior experience in snorkeling, skin diving or freediving is required.
